To bribe or not to bribe, that is the question

Bribery is alive and well thanks to two Middle East democracies

Olmert: Convicted of bribery and corruption on a scale previously unknown in Israel.

Erdogan: Facing his own accusations of bribery and corruption at record levels for modern Turkey.

Casual News Reader: Thinks these charges facing political bosses are so common, that they must be a requisite of the job, and that they appear to be 6 of one, half a dozen of the other. He also thinks to himself, “Hey, if it’s so corrupt in these relatively free societies, imagine how much better the pickings must be for the corrupt in full-on dictatorships.”
